Network problems that we were experiencing earlier this morning that were disabling certain web site and email funcionality have now been resolved.
We apologise for any problems this may have caused our customers.

The problem affected our primary mail server has now been resolved. If you continue to experience any problems accessing email, please call our offices on 0208 315 5800, and speak to a support engineer to investigate further

Problems with connectivity to Manchester – RESOLVED

The issue with the connectivity to the Manchester data centre was resolved yesterday evening.
This fault would only have affected our customers with dedicated and/or co-located servers housed in the Manchester facility.
